For the latter half of last year I started on a slow carb diet. I lost more weight from that than from two years of running and going to the gym every week. More info about the slow carb diet, popularized by Tim Ferriss, can be found HERE.
I made a little movie (1.5 min) about meal prepping a slow carb lunch. I usually do this on Sunday evenings and it’s my lunch every day of the week. Perfect if you’re a fan of Tex-Mex.
The video was a lot of fun to make and I tried to make it a little more cinematic than a typical how-to cook video.
