Each year, my school goes on a 3-day retreat called The Forward. It's sole purpose is to build community and strengthen relationships. We don't put an academic lens on it in order to make it 'worth it.' The time together in nature away from the city and technology makes it worth it.  This year we went the week before Thanksgiving.  I made a short video about it.
