No Classes & NOTHING BUT ESPORTS For A Week

The school I teach at does something called Project Week where students don't have any classes and they have all week to explore something they're interested or passionate about. I worked with a group of students who were interested in doing something with esports. Part of their project was to put on a Super Smash Bros Ultimate tournament. Students Put on FIRST ESPORTS COMPETITION!

At my school, we have something called Project Week where students take a week off from classes to do a project of their choice. This year, I'm working with students doing esports related projects. Each student is doing an independent project as well as working collaboratively to put on a city-wide competition. As sort of a practice run, the students put on a video game competition at our school in preparation for the larger competition they will host for gamers in the city of Austin.
